Marketing in this category often features dramatic waistline and scale results. No capsule delivers those on its own. Any change in weight depends on diet, activity, sleep, medication and medical conditions, and the testimonials reproduced on this site are unverified manufacturer content rather than evidence.
Ingredient cautions
Prebiotic fibre commonly causes extra wind or bloating in the first week and needs adequate water. Fibre can also slow the absorption of some medicines, so separate them by a couple of hours. Berberine has documented interactions with prescription medication, and concentrated green tea extract has been linked in rare cases with liver injury. Discuss both with your doctor if you take anything regularly.
Who should not use it
Do not use FloraNew if you are under 18. If you are pregnant or nursing, live with a bowel condition, are immunocompromised, or take prescription medication, speak with your doctor before starting — live cultures in particular warrant medical advice for immunocompromised people.
Seek care promptly
Stop and seek medical advice for severe abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, persistent vomiting, fever, or any sudden unexplained change in bowel habit or weight. Digestive symptoms can have causes a supplement cannot address.
